Jim-- I have now received all 3 umbrellas--I am ABSOLUTELY satisfied with each of them! Several years ago, someone mistakenly took my umbrella I tried everything I could think of to locate a spare, but until I contacted you, I was totally unsuccessful--as a matter of fact, I never even came close to getting a lead on one.......but I kept trying. Until you were able to help me, I just assumed it was a discontinued model. To summarize these comments, I like the Leighton Outdoor Utility Umbrella because the (unopened) size is not much more than most standard umbrellas, but you can certainly get more folks under it in a pinch--as an extra, I like the extension handle; when I am outside using it with other folks, it helps provide a stable support point, if it is needed in that way. When I talked with you on that first contact, you also suggested the Leighton Beach Umbrella. While I had not previously felt any particular need for an item like that, following your comments I thought it might be useful when we are at the beach--we have a condo in Destin that our daughter and some friends also use occassionally. (Plus I was still a little shocked and delighted that you were able to help me with the Leighton-Outdoor Utility Umbrella, so I was vulnerable to your suggestion!!) And finally, when you described the Windbrella 6 Ft Solarteck Beach Umbrella, it sounded like that might be particularly useful on a HOT beach, especially with the double canopy that allowed for better wind circulation. Said another way, because you were able to help me with my original inquiry (which no one else had been able to do), I let you SELL me the 2nd and 3rd umbrellas. And I'm delighted YOU did, and delighted I did! Thanks again for you help and suggestions. I couldn't be any happier with your service, or the 3 products I got from you. And when I happen to be going thru Kissimmee again in the future, I'll stop in and introduce myself. Best of luck, and much success in the future!

I purchased the umbrella through your company because your product was the best I could find. There is nothing in New Zealand that look as good, is made for the wind and can fold away into a handbag. Hi Jim, I received my umbrella today and it is fantastic. It is probably safe to say that the delivery time is 10 working days to New Zealand.
