Have confidence in ordering from UmbrellasAndBeyond.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our non-custom products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it less shipping costs.  In the off chance you do need to return a product please contact us for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your account minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

All shipments will be sent ground freight unless another option is chosen during check out. Shipping and handling costs for all non-custom items shipped are determined by the number of umbrellas ordered. See chart below for pricing. Shipping and handling costs for any order of 10 or more non custom umbrellas shipped within the continental USA is FREE!!

For shipments to Puerto Rico, UmbrellasAndBeyond.com will NOT be responsible for any customs, duties or taxes charged. These expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

Overnight and 2nd day shipping will be calculated automatically. Pricing for these services will appear after you have filled out the shipping information during checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments are NOT guaranteed to ship the day the order is placed.  If a shipment is urgent and must arrive by a certain day, please contact customer support at 1-888-678-8801 PRIOR to placing your order.  Shipments will be processed as soon as possible and we will do everything possible to meet your deadline.

Most shipments will ship within 48 business hours of placing the order and ground shipments will take up to 6 days to arrive.  Tracking information will be entered the night your order ships.

For all custom orders, payment for product will be payable prior to imprinting. There will be NO refunds once custom orders are printed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printer’s error. Signed proofs are a legal and binding agreement to print as indicated on the proof. Custom imprint orders will ship ground (unless otherwise agreed upon) and freight will be included with order.
