Shipping and Handling Rates and Policies

Have confidence in ordering from UmbrellasAndBeyond.com.  If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our non-custom products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it less shipping costs.  In the off chance you do need to return a product please contact us for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your account minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

All shipments will be sent ground freight unless another option is chosen during check out.  Shipping and handling costs for all non-custom items shipped ground within the United States and Canada are determined by the number of umbrellas ordered.  See chart below for pricing.  Shipping and handling costs for any order of 10 or more non custom umbrellas shipped within the continental USA is FREE!!   

For shipments outside the United States and Canada, freight and handling will be billed as a separate charge.  Your initial order will be processed with no shipping or handling .  We will then contact you with a quote and upon your approval, bill the freight and handling and ship your order immediately.  If you prefer, you may call (888-678-8801) or email us for a freight and handling quote prior to placing your order. 

Overnight and 2nd day shipping within the USA will be calculated automatically.  Pricing for these services will appear after you have filled out the shipping information during checkout.  Orders needing to ship overnight or 2nd day to Canada will be suspended until freight costs are agreed upon.  If you prefer, you may call (888-678-8801) or email us for a freight and handling quote prior to placing your expedited order.

10 or more NON-Custom items shipped within the continental USA are FREE!!  

NON-Custom, UPS ground shipping and handling rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are as follows:

10 or more = $9.00 Contact us anytime for a quote on larger orders, custom imprinted products and shipments outside the continental United States.  

For all custom orders, payment for product will be payable prior to imprinting.  There will be NO refunds once custom orders are printed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printers error.  Signed proofs are a legal and binding agreement to print as indicated on the proof.  Custom imprint orders will ship ground (unless otherwise agreed upon) and freight will be charged as incurred.
