If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our non-custom products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it less shipping costs. In the off chance you do need to return a product please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.
All shipments will be sent ground freight unless another option is chosen during check out. Shipping cost for all non-custom items shipped within the continental United States are determined by the number of umbrellas ordered. Shipping costs for any order of 10 or more non custom umbrellas is FREE!! For custom umbrellas and shipments outside the continental United States, freight will be billed as a separate charge on your credit card as incurred. For all custom orders, payment for product will be payable prior to imprinting. There will be NO refunds once custom orders are printed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printers error. Signed proofs are a legal and binding agreement to print as indicated on the proof.
